Mental Performance & Executive Coaching

You built the success.
Now build the person who can carry it.

Part therapist, part mentor, part coach. I work with founders and executives on the internal stuff that, left alone, eventually shows up in the business.

If this is you

From the outside you’re winning. Privately, you’re carrying a lot more than anyone sees.

You had success young, and fast. What you never really did was stop and figure out who you have to become as the leader this next level needs. So part of you stays a little braced for the day it all catches up. You’ve tried therapy, coaching, masterminds. None of it went deep enough to actually move anything.

That’s not a discipline problem. It’s the wrong tool for how deep the work goes.

The TMC Method

This isn’t therapy. It isn’t business coaching. It’s both at once, which is kind of the whole point.

Most of the time you’re made to pick a lane. Heal, or achieve. A therapist who can’t talk strategy, or a coach who can’t go deep enough to matter. TMC (Therapy, Mentoring, Coaching) is what I built so you don’t have to choose. Clinical depth, real mentorship, and actual performance coaching, all in one place.

You stop choosing between getting better and getting further. You do both at the same time.

Client Transformations

What changes when the inner system is fixed

“Within the first 6 months of working with Vin I made more progress than over a decade of traditional therapy yielded.”

Bobby McGruther CEO, Red Skies Studios

“The results have been incredible. I’ve raised over a quarter million for my startup, built better relationships, and finally separated my personal life from my work life.”

Tom Stern Co-Founder, The Spoke

“It really only took me about a month to develop massive clarity and begin working through the things that had me stuck.”

Rony Hay CEO, CrewFire

The Framework

The 5 Aspects of Mastery

There are only five things you actually control. The market, other people, outcomes: you can influence all of it, but you’ll never control any of it. The work is getting a real grip on the five that are yours, and stopping the bleed on everything that isn’t.

01

Thoughts

The stories you run on repeat, and how to catch them before they turn into decisions.

02

Language

The words you use on yourself and everyone else quietly build the world you live in.

03

Emotions

Your emotions are information, not instructions. Learn to read them instead of being run by them.

04

Behaviors

The handful of habits that end up deciding your standards and your results.

05

Actions

The gap between knowing and doing. Closing it is where most of the change actually happens.
