About Vin

Three careers by thirty.
One thread through all of them.

Fully licensed psychotherapist at 23. FDNY firefighter at 28, serving through COVID. Full-time entrepreneur by 30. On paper it looks like three different lives. It was always the same one.

Vincent Infante

The thread was always the same: figuring out how people survive the hardest things, and then how they actually get better, not just okay.

I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and panic disorder. I’ve sat on both sides of that chair. That’s not a disclaimer, it’s kind of the whole point. I don’t teach this out of a textbook. I built the work I needed and couldn’t find anywhere.

Seventeen years in mental health: hospitals, clinics, inpatient and outpatient units, shelters, schools, private practice. Clinical training in CBT, DBT, NLP, and a lot more. Certified through Tony Robbins’ Strategic Intervention. Then a few years running into burning buildings with the FDNY, which taught me more about pressure and people than any classroom ever could.

These days I’m a husband and father of two in Staten Island, and I measure success by whether I’m there for the morning routine, not just the wins. I coach founders and executives on the internal patterns that keep showing up in their businesses, using the method I built: TMC (Therapy, Mentoring, Coaching).

The mission is simple, and honestly kind of huge: change the way the world experiences mental health and performance, and reach a billion people doing it.
