The TMC Method
Therapy heals. Coaching pushes.
You need the thing in between.
Hybrid therapy and coaching for founders and executives. Clinical depth and real momentum in one relationship, from a licensed psychotherapist who has also built and led. New York, Staten Island, and worldwide over Zoom.
Why nothing you have tried fully stuck
You have probably tried some version of getting help already. Therapy took you deep into the why but left you sitting in it. A coach pushed you toward the goal but never touched the thing recreating the same problem. A mastermind gave you a room of peers all performing the same "I've got it handled" you are.
The gap is that healing and achievement got treated as two different projects. The TMC method treats them as one.
The three parts, working together
Therapy
Clinical depth. Getting to the root, not just the symptom, from a licensed psychotherapist (LMSW).
Mentoring
Real guidance from someone who has built businesses, led teams, and lived real pressure.
Coaching
Structure, accountability, and momentum so insight turns into how you actually operate.
Depth and momentum, from one person
When the same person holds the clinical work and the performance work, they stop fracturing. We go deep enough to find what is actually driving the pattern, and we build forward so it becomes real change in how you lead, decide, and show up. That is the difference between insight you talk about and change you live.
Common Questions
Hybrid therapy and coaching, answered
How does hybrid therapy and coaching work?
Hybrid therapy and coaching combines the depth of clinical therapy with the forward momentum of high-performance coaching in one relationship. Instead of choosing between healing and achievement, you get both: you go deep enough to find the pattern that actually drives the problem, then build forward so it turns into real change in how you lead and decide. Vin Infante calls his version the TMC method (Therapy, Mentoring, Coaching).
What is the TMC method?
TMC stands for Therapy, Mentoring, and Coaching. Therapy brings clinical depth and gets to the root. Mentoring brings lived experience and real guidance from someone who has built and led. Coaching brings structure, accountability, and momentum. Most practitioners do one. Vin built all three into a single seamless method so nothing gets left half-finished.
Is this therapy or is it coaching?
It is a hybrid, and that is the point. Vin is a licensed psychotherapist (LMSW) with 17 years in mental health, so the clinical depth is real. But the work is oriented toward performance and leadership, not diagnosis and symptom management. You get the rigor of a clinician with the drive of a coach.
Where can I find therapy combined with coaching in Staten Island or New York?
Vincent Infante is based in Staten Island and works with founders and executives across New York City and virtually worldwide over Zoom. The work starts with a free 45-minute strategy session you can book at vincentinfante.life.
Why not just see a therapist and a separate coach?
Because they rarely talk to each other, and the work fractures. Your therapist goes deep but does not touch the business. Your coach pushes the business but never reaches the pattern underneath. One person holding both means the depth and the momentum reinforce each other instead of pulling in different directions.
