The five questions
- Thoughts: What thought pattern showed up most this week? Was it serving me or sabotaging me?
- Language: What did I say, to myself or others, that I want to change? What language empowered me?
- Emotions: What emotion dominated this week? What was it trying to tell me?
- Behaviors: Which habits served my goals? Which worked against them?
- Actions: What did I execute on? What did I avoid, and why?
The meta-question
After the five, ask the one that turns reflection into change: “What is the ONE shift I will commit to next week based on this debrief?” One shift. Not ten. Specific, and written down.
How to run it
Block 20 minutes every Sunday. Do it on paper or in a doc, not in your head, where it stays vague. Do it for four weeks straight and watch what happens to your self-awareness. Awareness is the foundation of every change that lasts.
